Philip L. Fava – President & CEO. Philip Fava has been with PK Metals since its inception in 1979. He served as General Manager until 1983 when he became President & CEO. Philip oversees the finances, administration and management team. In addition to his role at PK Metals, he serves as the co-chair of the NY ISRI Legislative Caucus, and has served as president on the board of the NY Chapter of ISRI. Philip also serves on the board of Good Shepherd Hospice.
Richard Smith – Vice President & COO. Richard Smith has been with PK Metals since its inception in 1979. As the Vice President & COO Richard oversees the day-to-day operations.
William Rouse – Quality Environmental Health & Safety Manager/Operations Manager. William Rouse has been with PK Metals since 1991. He oversees our management system ensuring compliance for quality, environmental, health and safety. William also oversees our plastics recycling operation. William has served on ISRI’s Safety & Environmental council since its inception, and finished his term as chairman of the safety committee in 2018.
Dave Block – Buyer/Account Executive. Dave joined PK Metals in July 2017. His focus is to expand & develop new sales channels.
